Absolutely terrible customer service!! The owner of the store is extremely rude. My friend bought a vape from his employee 2 days ago (who also would not give her a receipt) and it almost immediately began malfunctioning. I called on her behalf to discuss getting a refund. I got in touch with the owner and he said that the refund would depend on his analysis of the vape or he could exchange it.
