Ok I’m 2 years late posting this but never buy anything from this company that says previous water damage and they assure you that they have fixed the issues. Six months after I bought my rv from them I had to tear out the front wall and totally redo. They said had fixed the water damage NO they had not they covered it up and the back wall is the same and I can’t do that by myself because that has all the cabinets and stove and refrigerator. I’ve used Diamond RV Sales & Service twice now for service issues on our small travel trailer. I’ve been impressed and pleased both times with the quality of work, friendliness of the owner & staff, fair pricing, and how quickly they took care of me. Anthony and his crew are great!
They were accommodating and everyone was very nice!
I found myself in a bad way, with a slide out that would'nt retract on a driving day. The RV park manager made some calls to people who she thought might help. Brandon from Diamond showed up in 25 minutes. He was very cordial and you could tell, just a real good guy. Half an hour later the problem was fixed and he demonstrated how to deal with a slide out that likes to go cockeyed. In short Brandon was a lifesaver!
