My parents had water damage in September 2024. My parents don't have the same last name. And had to move to a hotel. They came the first week and took up the floors and removed walls and ceilings. Then packed clothes and moved furinture. No more work was done until November 2024. And only took a week to complete. And the deductible was requested begire the work was completed. BMS was extremely helpful in that they moved and stored our furniture, including sofas, a sectional, tables, cabinets, chairs, & rugs. They staked considerable pain to ensure our belongings were treated with the utmost care, by securely wrapping each individual item to ensure the move to storage would be protected from damage. The provided that same effort when they returned it at our requested time weeks later. All staff was friendly, polite, on time and efficient. Work was completely in a timely manner and done very well. I will call them if needed repairs.
