I'm riding this review in hopes of saving any future potential customers from using this terrible company. Jeremy and his partner were quick to come out and say they wanted the job. They tore down half of my burn down house and then vanished. After begging them continually with no contact from them. They finally came and took all their debris from the backyard. Ghosts. If anyone sees Jeremy, our project manager let him know he was fired 2 months ago. He said he has too many projects to be bothered with answering my questions. Our house burnt down May 6th. Insurance company suggested this company. They rushed to tear it apart. It took weeks to get it completed. I had to practically beg them to come and do the work. Long overdue thanks to Will and Jack who did a fantastic job doing drywall repair on my ceiling as well as laundry room repair (including flooring replacement, wall painting, and removing/reinstalling laundry machines) after water damage. Everything turned out looking as good as new! They were very professional, friendly, accommodating and super helpful to complete the job in time for holidays. Many thanks!
Slow to follow up. Cut wires to my security system. CPI spliced the wires together but cannot promise it is a lasting fix. If it fails, I have to replace system. Travelers said the cost was less than the original estimate which I paid the original amount plus my deductible to BMS but they contine to bill me which looking at the last invoice, they appear to owe me as my payment to BMS on the invoice is approximately $900 less than my check.
