Buyer Beware!!!! They are the worst ever. Will not work with you or call back They told me some parts of my walker was insured and when I called medicare they told me all Diamond had to do was call them and they would give them codes and they refused Between Medicare and Medical I have 1
Please do yourself a favor DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They send out a hospital bed without securing payment from MEDICAL. I gave away a $1000.00 bedroom set to make room for the hospital bed. Last week they called me and said I had to return the bed because it was not approved by Medical. I argued that it was their responsibility to secure payment before sending the equipment out. I was rudely told that they shipped it for my convenience . Some convenience, now I am out a bedroom set and have t sleep on the floor.... read more
