Room good size... kitchen A+, TV's good, bathroom tub / shower B+( need more towel racks) Pool great ... The Only minis is Parking Is poor and no kind of breakfast. (no coffee pastries) People ARE very helpful
We went knowing that there was a recent hurricane, so expected a different kind of experience. The staff was wonderful, as were amenities. The room, however, was horrid. We were in an efficiency with a 2 burner stove, a small fridge and a microwave. If you're offering a way to cook food, you need to offer a way to eat it! There was no table and no chairs except one upholstered chair. We ate off an ironing board (my husband found it in the closet) while sitting on the bed. Washing dishes was also a joy - not!
