DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I bought into this 4 years ago. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF OUR LIVES. Since then, we have been lied to over and over. I have had a problem with the website not letting me get to sections I pay for. For 2 months now, I have called and called, chatted and chatted, emailed and emailed. Have been told at least 10 times that a manager would call me back. NOBODY EVER HAS. EMAILS DONT GET RESPONDED TO EITHER. Don’t conduct business with them they do not have your best interest in you. They will go back on what they say and will not fulfill what they say they will. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a business until today to the point that I have to dispute the charge on my credit card! Do not waste your time or money with them they are a joke! They don’t train their staff right and even tho they record the call they will not make the bad situation right! If I could give them a negative star I would.
The sales reps are very deceptive and pushy. A classless organization. Not very well run. If you already own a week they hound you during your vacation to change to points. They definitely ruined my stay to the point that I am considering a lawsuit.
They just sucked the life out of me is there any solutions to getting rid of your timeshare ?
