We have had nothing but problems since receiving our preaproval from Diamond Residential. They’re good at selling products, and horrible at delivering when it comes to closing. Our closing has been delayed 3 times now because they have lost things and keep asking for more. I definitely recommend going somewhere else for your mortgage needs!
