I tried renting from this company and was told that you have to have a credit account with them. I rented from them last week and never heard of such a thing. when I arrive to pick up the equipment, the employee told me that I have to create an account with them. I said OK and he sent me the link. Once I clicked on the link, it asked me to create a cash account. I asked the attendant what this meant he could not explain it to me. Great service! Will was extremely helpful and the online rental system make pick and drop off easy. The rental pricing was very competative but the low price and great customer service is why I’ll rent there again.
