I used them before and they were great but as a return customer my email went unanswered for weeks which resulted in a phone call which I was told I would receive a call back the same day. I did not and it's been over a week now. This is terrible customer service and the person who the wheels were for doesn't want to spend money with a company that treats customers like that so I guess you lost a sale along with my respect and you've put an end to the good words I've spoke about your company for many years. "
