My thought Gary's towing should be shut down and Clinton Missouri. My wife's truck need to be towed Friday afternoon to The Body Shop. But Gary's towing have a little scam going. They take your vehicle to their lot. In our cases Friday till Monday. And then charge another fee from their lot to The Body Shop Double fees that. Are you pay or the insurance company pays? And we're going to let our insurance company be aware of this little scam. So I only give them one star bad business practice.
Very knowledgeable about the products they sell and very easy to talk to.

Took a zero turn to them on May 22nd for some work. Called June 17 and was told it would be started on the upcoming Monday. Called on June 24th and was told by a gentleman the work had started that day. Drove by on the 25th and the mower was still sitting outside. No work had been started. Was given the run around multiple times and given the story that the service tech had been gone due to family matters. No excuse for the 4 weeks prior though. Bottom line was lied to. Cannot recommend to give them service of any kind.
Diamond R had an apparently rare oil filter for my ‘09 McCormick tractor, which was great. The downside was waiting 10 days to get it after paying for 2-day shipping. When I contacted “service” by email, the response was very quick and helpful.
