Knowledge, helpful and efficient!!!!
Apparently common practice to tell you it’s warranty covered after you get Husqvarna to register the equipment. Then apparently Husqvarna or Diamond R changes their mind without so much as a phone call and you come in to a bill. They’re saying the fuel was bad which voids the warranty, but it’s Husqvarna pre mix and someone changed their mind. Garbage.
Terrible customer service, no one knows what is going on in the service department. The initial sale was good because Logan provided great customer service. I even came back a year later to buy a zero turn mower from him. Once I started having issues with my tractor the service department was no help. Even had to explain to their lead tech how the fuel system works on his tractor that he is "Certified" to work on.
