very helpful people and great service
I waited until our mower was repaired and returned before posting this because I wanted to give Diamond R every opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, our first 35 days owning a brand-new Gravely have been incredibly disappointing. The mower we originally selected was sold before we completed the purchase. They had my tractor for two and a half months to fix the ac. All they did was charge the system. Did not fix the leak with in a week the system was blowing hot again. Now they say there three months out to look at it. So if you need a tractor repair don't expect to get it done anytime soon.
