Diamond R had an apparently rare oil filter for my ‘09 McCormick tractor, which was great. The downside was waiting 10 days to get it after paying for 2-day shipping.
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. Communication was almost nonexistent throughout the entire process. Work was performed on our mower without our authorization, which is completely unacceptable. When we brought up our concerns, the owner’s response was, “what do you want me to do about it?” which shows a total lack of accountability and customer care. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for honest service, clear communication, or respect for their customers.

Apparently common practice to tell you it’s warranty covered after you get Husqvarna to register the equipment. Then apparently Husqvarna or Diamond R changes their mind without so much as a phone call and you come in to a bill. They’re saying the fuel was bad which voids the warranty, but it’s Husqvarna pre mix and someone changed their mind. Garbage.
