Had recently ended my lease with Diamond property and they were professional and supportive throughout the tenancy. Would recommend for both future landlords and tenants thinking of working with this agency. Jim Jia in particular has been exceptionally supportive and knowledgeable.

The most disgusting service I have ever experienced. They ignored our maintenance requests for months, despite repeated follow-ups. Eventually, we had no choice but to arrange the repairs ourselves and pay out of our own pocket. We then sent them the invoices and repeatedly chased them for reimbursement, only to be ignored for several more months. We ultimately had to take them to VCAT just to get our money back. No response to emails when it comes to maintenance and unless you follow up on multiple occasions nothing will be done. Outstanding maintenance request from January still not actioned. I would give zero stars if I could.
