Stayed with DPM for 2 years. In my experience, maintenance issues were addressed slowly, and broken items often weren’t repaired unless I repeatedly followed up. They were, however, quick to chase payments and make bond deductions. Be careful and keep good records of everything.

I’ve been trying to contact this company for over a month regarding a water leak in our roof, and it’s been incredibly frustrating. We had an inspection done, and they clearly advised that this issue needs to be addressed urgently. Despite that, there has been absolutely no follow-up or communication from them since.
