We lived here for a year. The house had big damp patches on the ceiling and wasn’t properly cleaned when we moved in, and the kitchen, bathrooms, and floors were all dirty. Lots of light bulbs didn’t work, some appliances were broken, and the landlord replaced our broken microwave with another broken microwave. I’m a student living in rented accommodation and my experience with diamond properties has been dreadful. Our boiler has broken multiple times over the course of the year and their incompetence and laziness when it came to fixing it was honestly astounding. We were left without hot water or heating for 3 weeks during in the height of winter at one point and they couldn’t seem to care less, refusing to replace the boiler that was clearly substandard.
