Immediate resolution of billing question. Excellent
Our tech did not know much about salt systems. Had to battle algae for over two months then too much chemicals were put in pool. Just not the right fit for us personally.
They don't follow up. Communication isn't good. I paid a lot of money to have a pool install. $100k doesn't get you much these days.

We hired Diamond Pools & Spas to inspect a pool. There report and overview were thorough and included pictures of the pool, pumps and heat pump. There were a few issues with the equipment and they were documented in the report.
