This guy is a crook! He “fixed” our pool and steps last year and put in a new liner and we are still having issues. He charged us for things he never did to the pool, took 4 months to do what should have taken a couple weeks. He ordered the wrong sized liner then tried to say a pool chair fell in and ripped the liner and told us to file it on our homeowners insurance. After we refused to commit insurance fraud so he didn’t have to eat the cost of the wrong sized liner he ordered, he refused to reduce the cost of what we owed... read more

Your comment does not reflect the actual situation of your pool and the neglect and disrepair that it was in. The fact that it even is able to hold water is a miracle and you are welcome... Your steps were unable to be repaired because of the initial construction of your pool so do not blame it on me because you guys bought an inferior POOL..NOT FROM US EITHER BTW!!! Diamond Pool & Spas are the best the guys are awesome they have everything you need and if not they will get it give them a call family owned they get the Job done come check them out.
The worst service I've ever experienced!!! I would not recommend them.
These guys did a great job for us. They were friendly and helpful. I could contact them anytime with questions and they were always willing to help, even after our pool was done.
Coolest people ever. Love the atmosphere very professional.
