Diamond Plumbing provided us with excellent service. They responded quickly the same day I called regarding a water heater. It was installed the next day their work was very professional, organized and clean. Thank you for your excellent service!!

After waiting for them for 4 days, they told us that their ONLY sewer machine broke and that they cannot come. In their response to this review they deny receiving a service request from us, but we have their cancellation message in writing where they say they have only one machine. They probably decided to go to another job with more money instead of keeping their commitment with us.

After waiting for them for 4 days, they told us that their only sewer machine broke and that they cannot come. What kind of plumbing company does not have a backup sewer machine? A rinky dink one!

Joseph showed up early in the morning, came in and looked at the problem went straight to work cleaned up everything before he left. It was the best plumbing I have ever had done. Thank you Joseph for all you do.
