I bought their shelves specifically because they were made in USA. One of the legs was oval shaped and cracked when I tried to put it together. I was initially extremely irate and submitted a request on their website for a new leg the following morning. Within a few hours I received a UPS ship notification from them and they had sent me some new replacements. Good fast service.

I bought their shelves specifically because they were made in USA. They’re the biggest piece of crap. The tubes were ovaled out in the ends and not round. They were difficult to fit in as a result and one shattered. Remind me why we are supposed to be rewarding US companies if they’re just making junk?

Their 5-tier shelves are really flimsy and often break apart while putting them together. I definitely don’t trust the 150lb per shelf rating they advertise. I’ve bought one that was missing parts. The poles that connect each shelf are often deformed and very difficult to get them to fit. Impossible to get all the shelves level as well. But they are relatively cheap, so I keep buying them. I’d love to see their quality go up.
