Laura Diamond in particular, an intellectual, compassionate and hardworking individual and more specifically, a multi-talented physical therapist. Her whopping 25 years of experience in the field, is clearly demonstrated in her dedicated worth ethics. I highly recommend anyone interested in a solid workout while gaining a healthy healing pattern, to contact and attend these sincerely life changing classes.
You have to experience it to fully understand, but you can do things in water you can't on land, and Laura is the best.
