They have a deal with rolling meadows rinks and they use them for ice show photos. Each year we pay hundreds of dollars and never get our photos. You email them and no one ever responds. I have to do a charge back because I’m tired of giving them money for no service. How are they still a company? What kick backs does our park district get for using a company that provides no service?!
About 6 months ago my daughters were in an Ice show. I paid for two group photos and individual photos. We never received our photos. Myself, my husband, and even the ice rink director have tried contacting Diamond Photography via e-mail, phone, and through the website numerous times. Zero respond, very disappointing.
