They're so good to my baby girl! And she always come out feeling and looking amazing!
Was an established customer and she isnt taking my dog anymore. I assumed she wasn’t taking any new ones. Really disappointed. I get my dog groomed every six months and was not told that is would need to be every 8 weeks to keep Phoebe. No one was asking for someone to watch a clock?
Called 6 times as a new client. Was told many times they would have to check their calendar and then get back with me Diamond pet parlor never called bac.

Very professional, extremely kind and loves the doggies as they were their own! Highly recommend to all! They cut my Shih Tzu perfectly every visit!
