I came here to deliver the load I think the guy who took the load papers from me was Indian When he unloaded the load and came to give me the paper, he behaved very rudely with me and told me to get out of here within a minute This guy spoiled my mood early in the morning
My appointment was at 10:00 am I came here at 10:20am because of the traffic but their late window is 30 minutes after the appointment I still make it 10 minutes earlier than their late window time but they put me on standby wait there for 4 hours still didn’t load me
Picked up 10 loads this facility Average loading time between 2-4 hours — Must on time .. No Load u early … If ur late on appointments time …no dock till everyone left …bad service…. Trailer must be cleaned Slide tandem back Follow blue line live load Go scale weighted…after go check in office Po number , company name , trailer number,have a ID write on paper Some employee bad attitude..no like this facility…
Very nice fast loading and respectful person also one guy Brian is very Nice
After reading the reviews I was dreading this place but my experience wasn't too bad. Arrived 815pm for a 9pm appt, given dock at 845, fully loaded and given paperwork by 1030pm.
