Based on my experience with Diamond Outdoors of the Carolinas, I do not recommend using them for your building. Their overall lack of professionalism warrants zero stars. Diamond Outdoors of the Carolinas is the “partner” company for Capitol Buildings. In early March, I contracted with Capitol Buildings to have some work done on my shed, and paid the required deposit. Horrible customer service , you can never reach anyone on the phone or by email . save your money and go elsewhere.
After the building was built I noticed that an entire wall had matching damages, as if the panels were damaged while they were stacked together. There were also several leaks in the roof. It took 11 phone calls to finally have the damaged panels replaced and the crew come out to fix the leaks. The leaks are still not fixed. This business seems to fight a war of attrition with their customers.
