First time getting progressive lenses and I couldn’t be happier. Dr. Nielsen at Diamond Optical was thorough and explained everything clearly. Cecil was kind, attentive, and helped me find the perfect frame. The rest of the ladies were also so kind and welcoming. The moment I put my glasses on, it felt like I had my superpower. Now I can see so much better! Highly recommend!
A notable friendly atmosphere and a very comfortable environment. Everyone at Diamond Optical Shawnessy did their part in providing excellent service. My partner and I both had eye exams and purchased new glasses. The exams were thorough and personalized given our additional concerns. We received fantastic support choosing frames and getting the perfect fit. I highly recommend this business.
Had a great experience here. Was my wife and I's first time here and the service was exceptional. We got in right away and the test didn't take long at all. We both got a pair of glasses and the help picking out a pair was amazing.

Went for an eye exam and get new glasses and the ladies and Dr Nielsen made it so easy! The eye exam with Dr Nielsen was very thorough, and he was wonderful to walk me through everything going on with my eyes. The ladies were very easy going, kept it fun and helped me pick the perfect frames. Would recommend coming here for any eye need!
