I relaxing place to live peaceful and the people are great
Roach infested. Management refuses to exterminate. If something needs repair, the tenant is blamed.
I like it. Been here almost three years. Sure there is some problems but no place is perfect. Friendly neighbors. Neighbors willing to help you out. Only problem I see right now is getting people here that was living in tents before here. Most are drug addicts. One constantly pan-handles. Constantly asking for money and/or food. I am always willing to help my neighbors
Housing Authority and HUD authorities Very much needs to look at this place the building is literally falling apart they treat the senior citizens there like garbage and management will not do anything about the drug problem they have
