Used the mail order service. Diamond not as sparkly as other places. Prongs are comparatively on the larger size. Non refundable. Customer service is responsive, but advised me to buy a diamond from elsewhere and have them set it, instead of the somewhat duller one they provided—or send it to them for an upgraded diamond, which they couldn’t guarantee would have more sparkle. Although I appreciate the 7mm length of the nose bone, I am disappointed with the overall quality.
