I have been a customer at Diamond for long time....they should take care of their "regular" customer. Now they rushed me through my appointment to accommodate "walk ins" customers who did not have any appointment. the last 2 times they did lousy jobs on both pedi/manicures.....there are other nail spa in Fredericton, New Maryland and this was my last time. Cindy answers her phones while doing my nails...get a receptionist and it would be nice to treat your regular customers with better serirvice. YOu will not be so... read more
