Twice i have made a booking at this place and both times they have had no clue even though I received a confirmation. Today again no clue and other ladies offering to give up their spot. So bad!
Terrible pedicure, rushed through it. No massage chair, no care taken, my heels weren’t even scrub, no massage and pulled at my cuticles when cutting which left me with a sore nail, I strongly suggested everyone avoids this salon, never again!!!
Booking an appointment is a waste of time!!! Sat and waited 30min past my appointment time. Was then spoken down on and could Cleary see I had annoyed the lady doing my nails (you cannot add on long nail features online) so I thought I would’ve had a 5min consultation over what I actually wanted as every other place i’ve ever gone to does that . Online booking system is a waste of time, sat in the pedicure water for over an hour. I should have dried my feet and left, two other customers did exactly this. Staff continued to take walk in customers, giving them unrealistic wait times. My eventual pedicure and manicure was rushed and sloppy. My fingernails were so messy that I had to ask the technician to take it off, I’ve never done this in 30+ years of having manicures. Fantastic experience! Salon is very clean, and staff are very friendly and professional. Best service I have ever received in a walk-in salon, with staff going that extra mile! I will definitely be back :)
