Had fantastic experience here. Very friendly staff and they spent lots of time perfecting my pedicure.
I had a very upsetting experience during what was supposed to be a relaxing pedicure. I specifically asked for a full pedicure and even confirmed if she could fit me in before starting. She said yes, so I expected the full service. Instead, the older Filipino lady with glasses who attended to me was abruptly rude from the beginning and made me feel unwelcome the entire time. Was turned away for a full set before 2:45pm. The salon had maybe 3 people in there, was not busy at all. Previously I booked and still sat there for nearly 2 hours with multiple people switching between doing my nails. Won’t be going back.
Took me a while to find the place I was 100% satisfied with. The ladies here are ALL so efficient,hospitable, creative, clean and attentive!! Won't go anywhere else now.
Twice i have made a booking at this place and both times they have had no clue even though I received a confirmation. Today again no clue and other ladies offering to give up their spot. So bad!
