Terrible customer service and communication. Poor work.
Terrible ! Do not waste your time or your money ! Then they want to charge you to correct their mistake. My husband took my child here and this is what she got. The nail tech said “well I asked her if they were okay” Ma’am you were dealing with a child and as a nail tech you should not have let ANYONE walk out with their nails like this. Absolutely ridiculous. Update: they were able to correct their mistake and fixed my daughter’s nails. They guys at this shop gives the best manicures and they take their time…not rushed like most most nail shops.
Came at 6:44 for a fill in and they wouldn’t service me because they closed at 7. I arrived in more than enough time to be serviced. Will never go back
