The chrome service failed within hours, required multiple return visits, and the manager still refused to refund the chrome charge. I requested and paid for a full gel manicure with a chrome overlay. The appointment took THREE HOURS because the technician repeatedly struggled to make the chrome powder adhere—and it still did not stay. I returned later that same afternoon to have it repaired. I have been going to Diamond Nails (Cindy) for over 10 years. Her and the staff here, are very good at their craft. When I come in, it’s always relaxing and they are very welcoming! I’ve referred friends to Diamond nails. They have quality work and great prices. Unlike some other nail salons, that try to overcharge. I would suggest you to go and get the experience for yourselves.
