I was a client for almost two years. I really liked the service, but I can't help but mention the poor customer service. Several times I waited for more than an hour to be seen, even with an appointment, and I never complained. But one day I arrived 20 minutes late because of traffic, and when I got there, she (Susan) said she wouldn't see me because she had already called the next client to come earlier. I love it here. Mary and Michael are so dear. They care so much about pleasing customers. They take their time and are very detailed. They are very good at their work and take great pride in their shop and service. Such a nice family business for so many years.
