Completely unacceptable. I went in today to get a basic manicure no polish. I sat down, the gentleman filed my nails, Put my hand in a bowl of cool water, then filed the other hand, put that hand in a bowl of lukewarm water cut my cuticles. Put a little bit of oil on my nails rubbed a little bit of lotion on my hands and then charged me $25. The ambience and everyone was nice however, the sides of my nails are not painted and it looks messy.
