Pretty disappointing pedicure, no hot stone and what felt like a drive thru massage. Started my appointment 20 minutes late too. Spa pedicure was barely 35 minutes and very lack luster. I will not be back. Worth driving further to a place who cares more.
Got a basic manicure with gel polish on Sunday, Monday night I noticed that one of my nails chipped. Called the salon on Tuesday and they refused to fix the issue. I usually always go to this salon bc it's close but I don't think I will be going back.
I usually have a decent service depending on who I get, unfortunately. This time I wasn’t able to make an appointment but I did walk in for just dip. Spend over $80. The very next day, not even 24 hours, my thumb nail chipped and the guy left my nail on the other hand faded on the side of my nail. I don’t mind the price of the service, I totally understand. But I don’t get how when I expect a service, it’s not done properly and I have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed because I won’t go bad to them again. The guy le... read more
