Highly disappointed customer service. At first they asked for $80 cash (money for new gel extension) in advance to book an appointment and then when i decided to walk in next day. Then when my fried went there they asked her that new nail sets starts at $95 and finally I went after few minutes, they drop down price to $90. That means they change their service charges according to person, race and inequality. I've never had my nails done before, and when I needed to get them done for a special occasion, Diamond Nails really had me covered! The staff are so sweet and friendly - especially the person who did my nails - and my nails came out beautifully! It took about an hour for my session when I thought it would take longer which is a plus! Would happily go here again! 😊😊
I come through YK for work often, & I am committed to Diamond Nails. The foot & hand care is flawless; best I have had in the north. Everyone is kind, funny & skilled. Great work! Can’t wait for my next visit.
