The owner is hilarious. He also helps me choose the right colour for my individual use. Strongly recommended. Their stock prioritised safety & nontoxic ingredients.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with customer service. The manager/owner’s tone felt cold and dismissive, and the interaction came across as unwelcoming. This happened twice no more going back. I hope they work on treating customers with more respect especially to her staff.
Their products are high-end and long lasting. Their delivery services are very helpful and quick and efficient when we ordered. Always give us the best advice in most of products that we choose. Thank you for their expertise!
