We used Diamond Moving for a pretty last minute move across town after realizing another company went ahead and invoiced us waaay more than we discussed on the phone. Kim told me a rough estimate and made sure to let me know when there was a cancellation so we could move on our ideal date. The moving crew worked really well together and finished the moving process in a much shorter time than originally quoted and our final bill reflected that. Real and current company name is ‘Diamond Relocation Inc’, please read and educate yourself because I wish someone would have told me. Update July 24. Do not use this company. My belongings are destroyed. My leather sofa set that I paid extra for them to wrap was full of mold and wet. I also discovered that “Mark Russo” if that’s his real name, frequently goes bankrupt which is why he incorporates because it doesn’t affect him personally. So when there’s damage and too many claims come in, he goes bankrupt then just opens an... read more
