Excellent customer service from grant and staff.
Took my boat in over a month ago for warranty work. They never even touched it. Picked the boat up and will drive 2 hours to get the work done. Should have listened to friends that told me to stay far away from this place!
The only thing good about Diamond Motors and Marine was the price, They have horrible customer relations, no communications skills and poor workmanship. re-powered with them and they treated my older outboards poorly and would not help to correct the situation which made it hard to sell them as they couldn't locate my required parts. Also have several issues with the work that was performed. I am an owner of several boats and would not recommend or use this company again.
