Excellent honest Dealership. I bought my dream bike from there. When I had issues with the bike, they sent a driver 1hour and 30 minutes to pick up the bike in Fruitland MD free of charge and ran additional test to make sure it was okay. They also sent staff with another bike who delivered my bike and took the time to ride around town with me to ensure the problem was fixed. Diamond Motor Sports has an amazing selection of bikes and accessories. I found exactly what I wanted and got a great deal. Their service department is top notch and professional.
Messed up my paperwork and gave completely wrong numbers! I left and took my check to dps and luckily they sold me the same thing for less money. They barely knew any product knowlage
Product selection, sales people great. But watch out for service. Bought pre paid maintenance for grizzly 400 and had serviced regularly, and thought they did a great job until motor blew up. The cause of this was because they NEVER changed the oil filter, and was full of dirt. Oil filter did it's job, but DMS mechanics never did theirs!!! If you do use them for service, I suggest marking parts in some way. Now this cost me another 2000.00 to have rebuilt, by a REAL mechanic.
Great service, very knowledgeable sales people, excellent selection, good deals! They treat you right!
