It's mainly what they hire .they have a select few good workers but don't pay them so they leave and the ones that stay get stuck with the trash and that's pretty much what's there now like I said it's a few good workers but the problem is management. Work for peanuts, treated unfairly and working conditions should be called into OSHA. Labor relations should also be called. Owners don't care about anything but lining their own pockets.
