Lie about the rent they give back after you’re done renting there. Fake charges, even with professional cleaning we did before leaving. Tow your vehicle without you knowing. Really high rent, for low quality place. Very dangerous place, a lot of theft, vandalism, gun shots every night right outside your door, guy was murdered a couple doors down from us. Highly recommend not to ever rent from them. Lies after lies
These townhomes are beautiful! Very affordable and the staff is great and very understanding if you ever struggle or need any assistance. Definitely recommend to anybody looking for somewhere to live

I lived here for a year and I can say that as there are bad things, there are also many good things, the parking problem is real, when you have visitors it is very difficult to find a free space after 4 in the afternoon, on the other hand, the amenities are always available and the pool and gym were clean every time I went, they are a very family-friendly complex and the truth is the apartment is very comfortable and safe, and unlike all the bad comments about the fact that they do not return the deposit, I did not have any ... read more
