I’m a past tenant, and I got to say DO NOT rent here!! When I moved out they charged me for so many unnecessary charges including a Carpet Replacement. I have videos for proof of the carpets being in perfect condition. I was only in the unit for approximately 8 months and carpet life span is 5-7 years if being kept up with which I was. I called the office in hopes to speak to the PM Alexsandra and she of course acted busy and Nikki had to assist me. Moving in was smooth, quick and easy thanks to the help with the administration. Especially Nikki. She's answered all my calls, questions and concerns. Helped me plenty with maintenance orders and request. She is patient, knowledgeable and great to talk too. Thank you!
