I lived here from 2022-2024 in one of the 3/2.5 floorplans. Pros: -Spacious -Good natural light -Plenty of storage -Nice little park for my kids to play -Really nice gym Cons: -Broken glass and dog poop throughout the complex grounds -Gates always being broken -Garage clickers rarely worked to open or close -Constant sirens/car racing/fireworks/gunshots -Maintenance repairs never fully getting fixed. Best part was moving out! No parking available! when I first moved in, had to request exterminator 3 times for cockroaches
This place is BAD!. Too expensive for the minimum features available. The "dog park" is concrete, and full of dog shit. All the areas behind buildings are littered with dog shit and flies in warm weather. Have a problem. With a plumbing leak flooding your overpriced apartment? Don't report it to the office. They will just ignore it. Call a plumber yourself. Cockroaches? Sure! Plenty! I even started naming the big ones. And RAID! just makes them come out of hiding more! Keep all your food in containers. Parking is bad and the people who live here are so inconsiderate! The maintenance takes forever for a simple fixies. Extra fee’s they don't tell you about when you move in as well. It will surprise on the 2nd month bill. Don’t recommend!
I enjoy living in this community, it is very quiet and the people in the office and the maintenance people are very kind and friendly. It is a very safe and reliable way to walk around the neighborhood and go to the gym.
