Really impressed with the service department.. I would recommend them for any service needed friendly and professional
Below average dealership service. I bought a used '17 3500 from this dealership recently and noticed a popping from the differential the next day. Brought it in for service under the warranty and was told the problem was remedied. The same problem was evident as I was driving home from the dealer. Not from the area, but had my vehicle serviced here. Staff were really friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be, if there was some sign or something that let's you know that the service department is open. I had to open the door to find out.
Scheduling is great, no long wait time to have work done, but totally over priced.
They make a video of the work that the do so you can see the progress. It was cool. Customer service was absolutely amazing and very helpful. They replaced the passenger side airbag for me.
