I had a very frustrating experience dealing with Diamond Materials and their Safety Director, Scott Lester. I would NEVER trust this company enough to deal with or recommend them to my worst enemy! I had an incident which caused minor damage to my vehicle on RT1, by one of their trucks, which had debris flying out the top. The tarp was pulled across but was very tethered and flapping around, like it was not secured. I immediately notified them and completed their incident report, I patiently waited almost 3 months and communicated with a couple people at the company.
