I recently was bear hunting up East of Bangor, Maine. My bear guide had just come back in from the bush, after repairing my blind that the bear I was hunting enjoyed tearing apart when I wasn't there! My guide was sitting on the tail gate of his pickup truck sharpening his Daniel Winkler knife since he had just cut new poles to repair my blind. I worked here 25 years ago and I have to say they suck to work for but can't take away the fact that they make a excellent product! 25 years later I'm using the same sharpening stones that I got when I worked there. They let you take as many cosmetic rejects as you wanted.

I bought the Duo sharp extra coarse/coarse and fine/extra fine. The fine plate has a bare spot on one end which is frustrating for the price you pay. It's about half the size of a penny. With the bare spot being on the plate and the plastic holders aren't much to be desired I'm very disappointed in the overall product.
