I had apparently picked up a rodent that chewed wires to my converter. This left me dead in the water. While I called and called around to different mobile RV techs, they either did not answer or respond to voice messages I left. Diamond m however, did respond to my vice message and came right out to assist me. He was very friendly, did thorough diagnosis and ordered new part.
