We booked the 22 passenger limo for our wedding out of the city. There was an issue with that particular vehicle day of but the company took amazing care! They ended up using a party bus (upgrade that they covered) to avoid any delays. Their price was extremely reasonable and the driver was super friendly. CAUTION - DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - UNRELIABLE. Driver did not show up at all. Called John, he couldn’t find driver and turns out car was parked 45 minutes away from where he thought it was. Had to cancel so I didn’t miss appointment. Disappointed my family and embarrassed me in front of clients.
Now this is what you call a Limousine company! It starts with excellent customer service and John is the epitome of that. This will be my company of choice moving forward.
