Extremely disappointed. The bus never showed up, leaving us stranded with no communication or explanation from the company. We tried calling customer service multiple times with no response. Completely unreliable and unprofessional — would not recommend to anyone.
I hired Diamond Limo and Party Bus for my wedding in Paducah, KY and had the best experience! Sam and Greg were both so kind and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. Their driver arrived promptly and drove every guest to our wedding location in a timely manner. I heard lots of compliments from my wedding guests! Thank you for taking such good care of me and ensuring that transportation was never a stressor as I planned my wedding. I highly recommend them for any event!

BY FAR the worst experience ever and i hate that for my friend! he never showed up! had everyone waiting in the cold, he then said the original party bus we had (bigger one seated 34) "broke down" not knowing me and my friend saw the bus the day before. he mentioned the bus breaking down the NEXT day instead of the day of. The smaller bus(seated 25) that she was told she was getting must've been a fairytale because he never showed up. My friend had this party bus reserved a month in advance for her birthday. She paid the deposit and everything you had to do to reserve. The night of, the party bus never showed up. My friend had everyone come at a certain time to make sure we were there on time. She tried to call the number listed, multiple times and left voicemails but didn’t get a response.
