Do not go to this place for permanent jewelry! I had to remove several bracelets prior to surgery, and brought them to these folks to be put back on. It took multiple trips as the bracelets kept falling off, and now I’ve lost a one of a kind sister bracelet. They had to order small wire (which took weeks), then had to re solder it twice. Today I discovered my bracelet is gone, failed solder again. They need to stick to diamonds and wedding dresses. 🧐🧐

Unfortunately my partner and I did not have an optimal experience at this jewelry store as so many others have expressed in these reviews. Our first visit, we showed up at 10:00 A.M. on a weekday to be told by a receptionist that the jewelers wouldn't be there until 11:00 A.M. I wish this would be conveyed on their posted hours. I will admit we did not have an appointment. We were able to come back at 11:00 A.M. and work with a jeweler to get a rough outline of an engagement ring. Do not risk going to this establishment for an expensive and important piece of jewelry. My daughters engagement ring had to be completely remade due to the subpar quality and diamonds, literally falling out. Even after the remake, there still were substantial issues which resulted in a stone falling out. She ended up paying out-of-pocket at a different and reputable jewelers to fix the ring, ensuring it was stable for years to come.
