Horrible ! Not once, with over a year fighting an insurance claim from hurricane IAN, did I get to speak with a lawyer (only a receptionist) it feels like there is misconduct malpractice going on ! I reported him to the bar association.. UPDATE** because of my review I also received a letter from HIS firm he will SUE me for defamation..
