Called today because I have a refferal.. the lady i spoke to said they could only do the work I was referred for and not anything else even though I stated I was approved for crowns. There's more to the story. Long story short I'm not going to this place. She could have offered for me to come in as a new patient and this place could of made money. Oh and yes I spoke to someome in office because the call center transfered my call at my request. Thank you bye.
I am that person who has DENTA-PHOBIA, and the Dentist listens to you. Everyone here is very friendly. The office manager is very helpful and friendly as well. I now come here for all my dental needs.
This place needs new employees I have never felt so disrespected in my life for being 12 minutes late !!! Me and my wife are not happy with the snobby attitude the front desk lady or assistant have most definitely need to find a new place to work if people are not your favorite if I could give you -5 stars I would
Maritza the dentist was so good. I was very scared about getting my root canal but she was very good about everything. Dentist assistant Lupe and Cindy were awesome as well made me feel very comfortable!!
I went in for my appointment that was supposed to be at 1:00 pm and I was five minutes late. They refused to take me in only because I was 5 minutes late. They were so rude about it I will never go back at all they were disrespectful and so rude about it especially the guy in the front was a total jerk.
