Deposit was taken and appointment cancelled. Deposit was finally returned 24 hours later after 3 requests and being called a liar despite having receipts. Take your business elsewhere, lash techs are a dime a dozen and you can throw a rock and hit 10 who provide better customer service. Not only was zero accountability offered, she actually justified blaming the client (me) in her lack of communication and planning. Laughable ethics and business practices.
AVOID!!! This owner is a rip. Wife had a gift card for eye lashes appointment and booked. On day of appointment wife had trouble finding the place as its not on the map. Wife was 15 minutes late, called and was told she would have to reschedule, on top of that there would be a $50 fee for cancellation AND she was also being charged full rate for the missed appointment. Place is a joke. Take your business elsewhere.
Jen is an absolute rockstar and I so happy I found her. Her establishment is so clean and welcoming, and the most comfortable/ zen environment I've ever experienced for lashes. Jen is such a genuine and kind person and makes her establishment a safe place for her clients. She offers a variety of amazing services for such a great price! I refer her to everyone I know, because everyone deserves to experience the service she provides. PS LOVE my pink & sparkly lashes ;)
Jen is a very reliable, skilled, and talented beautician. Highly recommend if you want to feel and look your best!
I'm editing my review as I had another service done and am not having a good second experience. I was told that brows would be 295 so i continued with my appointment. At the end i was in shock about my brows and she sprung on me that I had to have a follow-up appointment for an additional 115. I dont appreciate not being advised of additional costs beforehand.
