Check in後發現廁所馬桶蓋黏黏的，還好自備酒精擦乾淨，要上床休息的時候發現床上有疑似跳蚤的蟲，因為害怕是蟲蝨，用衛生紙抓起來拿去櫃檯去詢問櫃檯人員，是一位戴眼鏡的中年男子不斷回「無法處理」態度極差，之後詢問房務人員表示那是他們老闆會幫我們詢問怎麼處理，但連房務人員都聯絡不到老闆，老闆直接神隱！處理態度超級差！！！我們入住的是19號房，非常不推薦，因為遇到問題完全不處理！！還好同行友人找到可以當天入住的旅店，附近還有更好的旅店，真的沒必要入住！！
Wonderful place to stay, very clean with amazing views and the staff are all very friendly, free penguin tour if you have a meal at the restaurant or are staying the night
