Parts is great, but customer service is outstanding, especially their mobile road technician!
The guy that works front desk was rude and passive aggressive. I mean if you don’t like your job that’s fine but there’s no need to be so standoffish when a customer comes in to ask a question. Definitely needs to work on that. I went to the west end location instead. And fyi this review is based entirely on the conversation I had with their customer service guy, I’m not too concerned with the outcome of that conversation, just his attitude.
