I've been using the Diamond Sherwood Park location for more then 10 years. As a one man operation I need parts when I need them, I'd say 98% of the time they are in-stock. I need service when I need it (the engine light gives me anxiety) they can let me know what the issue is fast and some occasions it's been minor issues (to concentrated antifreeze effecting thermostat, winter front effecting charge air) I'm on the road again within minutes. To my contract mobile tech brothers. Stay clear of these guys. They will tell you one thing to get you hired then come payday the story all changes. They attempted to pay me 39 dollars an hour to fix a very pathetic engine install they did in their shop. Probably the worst engine install I’ve ever seen. I would never take a truck there for repairs as they seem to sit for weeks on end with nothing getting done. Seems they have forgotten that these trucks are peoples livelihood and people need to eat and pay bills!
