I don’t leave reviews often, but had a really bad experience with this location and don’t want other women to go through this. The office failed to call me when the doctor said they would, so I had to call to set up follow up appointments. When I arrived, they claimed to have lost my appointment, then they weren’t able to complete the testing that I needed, and they had me waiting for 1+ hour before anyone told me that I wouldn’t be able to receive the testing I need. Appointment was canceled with no explanation, and no one offered to reschedule. Experienced the same disorganization as other reviewers. Save yourself the hassle.
I had a good experience with Diamond Institute , I saw Dr O and Yemini and both are super experienced, and the nurses were really nice as well. I had chosen pGT testing done, and my two only transfers were successful, I just delivered my second baby. They have a Goshen, NY satellite office were you go there for blood work or ultrasounds if that’s close you.
