I requested an estimate on several home projects. Our contractor forgot he scheduled us an appointment and messaged a hour before requesting to change. Once we were able to work out schedules, the gentleman came and was very nice, however seemed very unsure of specifics in design suggestions. We had him come in July, and it is now December and we never got our estimate. He reached out and said he was still working on it, almost 3 months ago. And then nothing. I won't refer anyone here with that poor communication standard.
I would give a 10 star rating if that was a choice .Very professional . Stuck to time frame despite small glitches and went above and beyond to complete the work . It was a huge project - complete kitchen and basement renovation, upgrades in 4 bathrooms and hardwood flooring in all carpeted areas . Took them under 12 weeks to wrap everything up and deliver my dream house . I have dreamed for a long time to have a more open space for my kitchen and dining area. Joe and Diamond in the Rough made that dream come true. Joe was so helpful in making decisions that would fit my taste and budget. The work crews were friendly and all did an excellent job. Calls were returned promptly and satisfactorily!
