Room addition. Plans drawn up. Within the first 2 weeks we were asked to meet and pick all interiors, custom vanity, tile, carpet, custom stained baseboards, windows etc. Permits started. This was June/July 24. Start date was to be Oct. In Oct I discovered the permit was denied due to easement issue. The 1st letter to the contractor regarding this was Aug 7, 3 more followed.
